Steel production and CO2 emissions: a growing global concern for manufacturers?

The world steel industry is a major emitter of greenhouse gases but is strenuously increasing its efforts to decarbonise through development of lower CO2 emitting processes and increased recycling of both steel products and steelworks’ so-called ‘by-products’.
