锯切替代车槽:“三机合一”突破性概念提高辗环材料利用率
Dango & Dienenthal开发的创新型环切机RTM能通过锯切实现辗环后的筒形件切环。此项新技术可大幅提高材料利用率并大量节省加工时间。环切机本体可通过加装车、铣、钻设备以及超声检测装置升级为全套机加工中心。上述所有操作一气呵成,无需重夹工件,环件下线即可包装销售。
激光技术改良管材定径:激光系统提高精度并节省处理时间
创新型管材定径工具(PST)采用突破性激光技术实现无比精确的管材定径。工具采用集成激光器,可能是有史以来首个能实时获取管材内部几何形状信息并同时在线利用所得信息控制定径操作的产品。创新工具的另一项优点是大量节省管材定径所需的总体时间。

通过激光测量仪优化长材轧制厂的生产和质量
线材、棒材和条材的热轧是一种快速、复杂而又要求精密的工艺。人工手量和目视,或离线实验室测试,均不足以发现生产问题。结果延迟,不够准确,或者测量过程中存在危险。快速、非接触式激光传感器作为手持或移动测量工具,可弥补在线安装测量仪在这方面的空缺。
